CallaDelete your Calla account and data
You can delete your account without the app. This removes your cloud backup and account; data on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
In the app (fastest): Settings → Account & backup → Delete account → type DELETE. Your backup and account are removed immediately and any Calla Pro subscription is cancelled.
Without the app
Send a deletion request from the email address you signed in with. We'll confirm and delete your account, backup data and cancel any subscription within 30 days (usually within 2 working days).
What is deleted
- Your account (Google identifier, email)
- All diary backups (symptoms, sleep, mood, notes, periods, HRT, appointments, settings)
- Your subscription is cancelled; Stripe keeps payment records required by tax law
If you never signed in, we hold no diary data on our servers — uninstalling the app deletes everything.
